What this tool does
Most creators don't run out of time to film. They run out of ideas worth filming, and then lose an evening writing titles, descriptions and tags. This planner does that part. Tell it what your channel is about, and it reads what people in your country are searching on Google today, keeps the trends that genuinely fit your channel, and writes a full plan around them.
Every video in the plan comes as an upload kit: a main title plus alternatives, an opening hook, an SEO description with chapters, tags, hashtags, thumbnail text, an image prompt for the thumbnail and an outline. From there you can have it write the full word-for-word script, cut three Shorts from the idea, and draft a community post and captions for Instagram, TikTok and X.
It also remembers what it has already suggested for your channel, so the next plan won't repeat itself, and it learns from the ideas you like or reject. That memory lives in your own browser, not on an account.
How it works
Trends come from Google's public daily trending-searches feed for the region you pick, refreshed every 20 minutes. You can choose the trends you want, add your own topics, or leave it to the AI to pick the ones that fit. A trend that has nothing to do with your channel is skipped in favour of an evergreen idea, rather than forced.
The writing is done by gpt-oss-120b, OpenAI's open-weight model, running on Groq's servers. Your channel details, chosen trends and topics are sent there to write the plan. Identical requests are answered from a cache for six hours, which is why repeating a plan is instant.
The SEO score doesn't use AI at all. It checks each video against YouTube's published limits (100-character titles, 5,000-character descriptions, 500 characters of tags, no more than 15 hashtags, chapters that start at 0:00 with at least three timestamps 10 seconds apart) plus common packaging advice, such as putting the keyword early in the title. It re-checks instantly as you edit.

Quality explanation
A plan holds up to 12 videos so it can be written in one fast request; most plans take 5–20 seconds. Virality scores are the AI's estimate, not a prediction. The SEO score is a checklist, not a ranking guarantee.

Privacy & data security
Your channel details, chosen trends and topics are sent to our server and on to Groq, which runs the AI model, to write the plan. Nothing is tied to an account. Generated answers are cached on our server for up to six hours so repeat requests are instant. Your memory, history and edits are stored only in your browser.
Technical limitations
- AI-written ideas can include wrong facts or claims, especially about breaking news. Check them before you publish.
- Trends come from Google search, not YouTube's own trending data, and some regions have few trends on quiet days.
- Free use is rate-limited per visitor to keep the tool free for everyone.
Frequently asked questions
- Is the YouTube content planner free?
- Yes. There's no account, no watermark and no paid tier. Each visitor can make several plans every 10 minutes, which covers normal use.
- Where do the trends come from?
- From Google's public daily trending-searches feed for the country you choose. Each trend shows its approximate search volume, and you can expand it to see the news stories behind it.
- Will it give me the same ideas again next time?
- Not if channel memory is on. It keeps a list of ideas it has already suggested for your channel name and category, and tells the AI to avoid them. Liking or disliking ideas steers future plans.
- How is the SEO score calculated?
- Without AI. It checks title, description and tag lengths against YouTube's limits, whether your main keyword (first tag) appears early in the title and description, whether chapters will show, and whether hashtags will be ignored for being over 15.
- Can I add the plan to Google Calendar?
- Yes. Choose the date your plan starts, then download the .ics file and import it into Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook. Each upload becomes an event with a reminder two hours before.
- Does it write in Hindi or other languages?
- Yes. Pick from 23 languages, including Hindi, Hinglish, Urdu, Bengali, Tamil, Spanish, Portuguese and Arabic, and every title, description and script is written in that language.
