Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ProCutOut (the “Service”), available at https://procutout.com and in the ProCutOut Android app. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the Service.

Using the Service

ProCutOut provides free tools to process images and PDFs. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and only with files you own or have the right to use. You're responsible for the content you upload and for how you use the results.

Free, supported by ads

The Service is free because it shows ads (Google AdSense on the website, Google AdMob in the app). In the app, some downloads unlock after a short ad, and an internet connection is needed to run the AI tools and show ads.

No account required

The Service does not require you to create an account. Most tools process files on your device; the AI tools send files to our servers and delete them automatically, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload or process content that is illegal, infringing, or that you don't have rights to.
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
  • Use automated means to abuse the Service at a scale beyond normal personal use.
  • Tamper with, block or fraudulently click the ads.

Service “as is”

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations. You use the Service, and any results it produces, at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProCutOut and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or files.

Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, and may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
